I work with people from all walks of life as they learn how to affect successful change in their lives.  My training and life experiences help me identify talents, strengths, and unique-nesses within every person; these qualities provide the foundation for individual growth. By experiencing diverse and eclectic therapeutic modalities, clients empower themselves in a safe and warm environment as each has the opportunity to rediscover their inner personal strengths.  I offer the opportunity for personal growth on all levels: mind, body, emotionally, and spiritually. Additionally, I offer solutions to those who seek resolution as they face life’s challenges in order to confront and overcome those challenges. 

I provide the ultimate in confidentiality in a safe, non-intrusive space for individuals, couples, and families where they learn how to be "good enough" while accepting the challenges the world has brought to them.  I am trained and licensed to treat a broad spectrum of mental health issues and work with a diverse clientele.

I am a Licensed Specialist in Clinical Social Work and a Certified Heart Centered Hypnotherapist. My training includes advanced training in hypnotherapy, play therapy, family systems, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral, and special concerns unique to rural areas, and others.   I implement these, and a variety of other traditional therapeutic theories and modalities, in my practice to match the client’s needs and desires for results.
