What Others Have Said

I had experienced problems with jealousy that were interfering with my relationship with my partner.  I couldn’t find therapy to help.  It didn’t seem to matter what I did, nothing helped me change. After talking with Laurita and getting her assurance that nothing bad would happen, I did try hypnotherapy.  I was able to get to the bottom of my problem and find healing for myself that changed my jealousy.  After one session, my life was changed.  I know I have more work to do, but my relationship with **** is so much better now.  It is like a new relationship with myself.

Thank you, Laurita.  I understand so much about myself and where I come from now.  I value you and your therapy.  You helped me learn that I am not my past.  My past doesn’t own me anymore.

I have had experiences that are unbelievable, even to me.  I had depression for years and didn’t know why. In my one of my sessions with Laurita, I regressed to an event that happened when I was six months old.  At that age I felt blamed for an event that changed my family.  I am dealing with that and changing.  My family is still messed up, but I am getting on with my life without depression.

I went to therapy to see if I could get control of my cravings for sugar.  The connection I made during my hypnotherapy session was that kids at school used to make fun of me and call me names.  I remembered this, but didn’t get the subconscious messages that I held on to.  Then Laurita had me do an extinguishing.  I’ll tell you this, whenever I get even the slightest craving and do this process, I lose my longing for sugary foods.

I didn’t think I could be hypnotized.  I must go deep, because Mt. Saint Helen’s doesn’t erupt anything close to the emotions I uncover and release.  I feel so good for days after each session.  And each session gets me closer to the man I want to be.  I surely look forward to what I will learn about myself next.

My problem was control.  I had to control everybody and everything.  I thought I was in control.  Laurita is helping me learn what control really is and how to have the real thing.  I resisted at first even though I wanted to change.  I just had a hard time giving up the old ways.  But as I changed, my family noticed.  I was motivated to continue.  I thought it was for them.  It really is for me.  People notice the changes in me.  I’m happier and more relaxed now.
